Good afternoon all - welcome !
Hendrik Deckers - CIONET

your questions here please
Chris Rathborne, Collision Digital
01:29:37
So many offices I speak with, engage with etc are all saying “when we get back to normal”, people are wanting to get back in the office and engage with people, which goes against the comment of ‘the new normal is working from home’. Are others seeing this?
Koen Vandaele, Group CIO, Mediahuis
01:30:23
We do. People are getting lonely at home!
Jeroen Bleeker - Daimler AU
01:31:26
It’s a split for us. I’ve noticed the areas where people miss social interaction are typically experiencing a older style of management/leadership
Andrew Crozier - Aurora Energy
01:31:46
I think people have seen they can work from home now so we are likely to end up in a hybrid world where working remotely is more prevalent. But people do still want to interact in person.
Tommy Braas @ NAB
01:31:55
same. I encourage everyone to reach out to each other, have a chat to maintain some social interaction and be able to pick up on mental health issues
Chris Rathborne, Collision Digital
01:34:56
I miss coffee shops :(
Alastair Peutherer, CIONET Australia
01:35:16

01:36:28
I've heard its great.....
Alastair Peutherer, CIONET Australia
01:36:32
is it?
Filip Michiels, TUI Group
01:36:53
We obviously see the same things at TUI.Nevertheless we also try to take this as an opportunity to go more virtual than we even were before. Think about when all companies would cut down 30pct of their office space, what this could do to traffic jams, climate effects, work-life balance etc... but yes social contact and getting physically together will never be completely replaced
Zora Hoare - eNett International
01:37:10
The impacts on mental health is a serious concern for us as well.
Zack
01:37:11
First of all, humans are social beings - there's a natural need to work physically co-located. Secondly, all IT solutions, including virtual pairing and mobbing, will not be able to create the fertile and inspiring environment when people are in the same room together - the decision making and creative processes suffer under WFH
Jeroen Bleeker - Daimler AU
01:37:24
It’s wonderful. Apologies - I have to run to join a call
Zora Hoare - eNett International
